STAR+ Water Purifier Replacement Filter
STAR+ Water Purifier works with 3 filters to provide comprehensive 8-stage water filtration.
Each set of water filters for STAR+ is due for a change after 2,000 litres of water has been dispensed. When 2,000 Litres of water has been dispensed, the filter change indicator will start to light up, alerting users when it's time to change filter.
Each household will have different water consumption rate due to the difference in size of household/lifestyle. Hence, it'd be more accurate if we were to track it via the volume of water that has passed through our water filters.
*Please note to replace the filter as per the stipulated change cycle. When a filter is used longer than its intended lifespan, it can reduce and compromise the water quality.

8 STAGES OF WATER FILTRATION PROCESS
STAR+ Water Purifier works with 3 filters to provide a comprehensive 8-stage water filtration.
Stage 1 - Sediment Stage:
Removes dirt, rust and suspended solids
Stage 2 - Ion Exchange Resin Stage:
Removes heavy metal (E.G. Copper, Lead and Cadmium). Additionally, it also softens the water.
Stage 3 - Pre-Carbon Stage:
Removes any organic chemicals and compounds (E.G. Chlorine and Benzene
Stage 4 - Nano Membrane Stage:
Filters out any bacteria or harmful microorganisms to pore size of 0.001 Micron
Stage 5 - Positive Charge Membrane Stage:
Removes norovirus present in water
Stage 6 - Cellulose Stage:
Produce fiber in water that assists in our digestive system
Stage 7 - Post Carbon Stage:
Removing odour and taste in water
Stage 8 - Mineral Stage:
Ensuring a balance of essential minerals are present in the water after purification.
WARRANTY
Every STAR+ Water Purifier purchase includes a 2-year standard warranty coverage and a 2 sets filter supply (1 set installed in the machine and 1 as spare). The standard warranty covers functional defects in parts such as the circuit board, semiconductor, heater, potential leakages, touch panel, and spare parts wear and tear.
For added peace of mind and savings, we recommend upgrading your warranty and filter packages to enhance your coverage.
Opt for our add-on option to receive a total of 6 sets of filters (1 set installed in the machine and 5 as spares) and upgrade your warranty to FuturCare. FuturCare ensures 4 years of comprehensive coverage, a temporary replacement set during servicing to avoid downtime.
